Stubkin Privacy notice
Who we are
Stubkin is a product of TicketWave HQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17143167), registered office Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Pudsey, LS28 6LE. TicketWave HQ Ltd is the controller of the details you give us here.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your name and what you run, if you choose to tell us.
- The wording you agreed to when you ticked the box, and when you signed up.
We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. To stop abuse, our server holds it in memory for up to an hour and then forgets it. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, which can include IP addresses.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to email you about Stubkin's launch. The legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until Stubkin launches and we have told you, then for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If Stubkin does not launch, we delete the waitlist.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@ticketwavehq.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
